As a member of Bousquet Holstein PLLC’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, Nathan Jerauld provides strategic counsel to employers and employees on a wide range of workplace issues. His practice focuses on workplace compliance, employee rights, and employment litigation, ensuring clients stay ahead of complex federal and New York State labor regulations.
Nathan advises businesses on drafting and implementing employee handbooks, developing internal policies, and maintaining compliance with evolving employment laws. He drafts and analyzes employment agreements, including non-compete and confidentiality provisions, and helps organizations mitigate risk through proactive legal strategies.
For employees and employers facing disputes, Nathan represents clients in wrongful termination claims, wage and hour matters, and discrimination cases under the New York State Human Rights Law. His experience includes proceedings in Arbitration, and before the New York State Division of Human Rights and New York State courts.

Nathan cares deeply for our nation’s veterans. As a combat veteran, he understands the struggles veterans face returning home and transitioning back into civilian life. He assisted veterans as a student attorney in the Wohl Family Veterans Legal Clinic in Syracuse with their military discharges and benefits claims. He also served as a Student Researcher with the Institute for Veterans and Military Families, where he helped draft publications and researched veteran-related data.
