Kavitha Janardhan serves as Of Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She has a broad range of experience working with both companies and individuals on labor and employment, trade secrets, franchise and consumer fraud matters.
Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Kavitha was an attorney at an AmLaw100 law firm specializing in labor and employment counseling and litigation. Drawing on that background, Kavitha has the ability to approach employment matters from the perspective of both employers and employees. She takes pride in her role not only as a litigator, but also as a trusted advisor with the knowledge, patience and skills necessary to achieve the best possible results for her clients.

Kavitha is a graduate of the University of Michigan and a cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School. She began her legal career in Chicago, where she served as a Vice-President for the Indian American Bar Association of Chicago and was awarded the Distinguished Service Award from Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation. Kavitha continues to contribute her skills as a pro bono attorney in our community through the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Onondaga County.
