Going through a divorce or family court matter is often intimidating and overwhelming. In times like this you need an attorney who will listen and one you can trust. My goal in any matter is to ensure that you feel supported and confident through this difficult time, all the while providing the best possible legal counsel.
Rosemary has been practicing law for 14 years. She now brings her years of experience to Bousquet Holstein where she handles civil matters with a focus on family court, divorce litigation and resolution. She has worked with clients in drafting separation and prenup agreements. She is also a member of the CNY Collaborative Family Law Professionals which seeks to resolve cases in a collaborative matter instead of litigation. She is also trained in Mediation. Her practical and realistic approach to all of her cases makes her stand out from her peers.

Since family and divorce matters are often complex, she also has experience with real estate law, tax lax and bankruptcy as they relate to divorce matters. Rosemary cares strongly about children and making sure they have a voice in the court system. She has represented children in complex and highly contested custody matters.
