Natalie P. Hempson-Elliott serves as an Associate Attorney at the firm in the Business Transactions and Real Estate Practice Groups. She has a range of experience working with diverse clients in business and corporate matters, financing, not-for-profit organizations, commercial real estate, residential sales, and mergers and acquisitions.
Natalie first determines her clients’ goals in a particular transaction and focuses on their needs in a responsive and efficient manner. Her experience working with many talented attorneys in various practice areas has given her an intuitive perspective on what opportunities and issues may have an impact on her clients. She prides herself on building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Natalie was an Associate Attorney at Levene Gouldin & Thompson LLP in Vestal, New York and at Bond, Schoeneck & King in Syracuse, New York, where she was able to focus and hone her expertise in the areas of business, finance and real estate.
Natalie attended Hobart and William Smith College for her undergraduate education. She had the opportunity to intern for U.S. Senator Edward M. Kennedy in Boston, MA. During her time at college, her passion for political science, constitutional law, and civil rights resonated with her and led her to enroll in Syracuse University College of Law.
While in law school, Natalie served as an intern for the Honorable James P. Murphy in the Onondaga County Supreme Court, and volunteered at the Vera House legal clinic.
