Eva Wojtalewski is a seasoned results-oriented attorney with a strong business aptitude and a focus on collaborative resolution. She works closely with clients in all aspects of strategic business planning, including entity formation, day-to-day operations, risk assessment, business transitions, government relations, asset protection and employment matters. Eva also has extensive experience in intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and technology licensing agreements.
As a member of the UAV/UAS practice group, Eva is able to provide guidance on FAA compliance, Section 333 exemption requests, entity structuring, insurance coverage, contract negotiations, privacy matters, and risk assessment with respect to commercial uses of drones.
Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein PLLC, she served as in-house counsel to Newport Television, the owner and operator of 56 television broadcast stations covering 20 markets nationwide, and Inergize Digital, the leader in fully integrated digital management solutions. During this time, Eva successfully negotiated agreements with cable and satellite providers for retransmission consent, providing broadcast stations with an infusion of new revenue. Eva also assisted the corporate management team in navigating complex licensing and human resource issues.
Before her tenure with Newport, Eva worked on complex litigation matters including California wage and hour matters and consumer class action cases.
